About the Job:
As a member of the Education team, you will be responsible for aspects of both internal and external education, specifically in cybersecurity areas such as digital forensics and incident response. Your role will encompass training delivery, course development, and documentation support. You will work with a sense of purpose and urgency, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating keen attention to detail. This will result in the delivery of high-quality work products.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom training to a variety of technical audiences.
  • Provide support for cybersecurity course development, including product research, subject matter expertise, and training content review.
  • Coach students and assess their technical capabilities through simulated attack scenarios.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials such as slide decks and lab exercises; assist with updates for course descriptions and other collateral pertaining to external education.
  • Demonstrate a customer service orientation and build effective relationships while working collaboratively across all organizational levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in various formats (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, micro-learning).
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English to collaborate with internal partners and customer teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a technical trainer or in a similar technical position.
  • 2 years of experience delivering Instructor-Led and Virtual Instructor-Led Training courses in cybersecurity-related topics (e.g., digital forensics, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence) to highly technical audiences.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and clearly communicate highly technical concepts in live presentations.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, as this is a client-facing role.
