Cyber Risk Associate SMP

The Cyber Risk Associate SMP at NEOM will focus on establishing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and governance frameworks within the NEOM ecosystem. Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity methodologies, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing cybersecurity committees and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, industry standards, laws, and NEOM's requirements.
• Supervise the development of a governance framework and operating model aligning with best practices and regulations.
• Monitor implementation of cybersecurity methodology for timely detection and mitigation of threats.
• Define and update cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks based on organizational needs and best practices.
• Maintain the Unified Cybersecurity Framework, Risk and Control Matrix, and implementation trackers.
• Establish a consistent cybersecurity governance methodology across NEOM.
• Conduct audits of cyber programs and projects for improvement.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to address policy and risk management matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cyber risk management.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST).
• Proficiency in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (e.g., Service Now).
• Strong background in security controls, auditing, and network security.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISA, CISM) are preferred.
