As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be instrumental in large-scale telecom transformation projects focused on designing and securing next-generation telecom infrastructures and networks. Your responsibilities will include enabling critical use cases such as Mission Critical Communications, Public Safety Networks, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and Industrial IoT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design security architectures for telecom and cloud environments, covering domains such as SIM/eSIM, Devices, RAN, Transport, EPC/5G Core, IMS, MCx, OSS, and BSS.
- Develop security frameworks aligned with standards like 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, NIST, ISO 27001, and industry best practices.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis for telecom networks.
- Recommend technologies to mitigate cybersecurity risks and validate vendor solutions.
- Produce high-quality security architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure secure design and deployment.
- Lead workshops and present strategies to stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications.
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in telecom environments.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of 4G/5G security standards and compliance.
- Expertise in RAN infrastructure security and telecom protocol security.
- Proficiency in transport network security and cloud security implementations.
- Understanding of security standards and solutions integration.
