The Cyber Security Associate role is an entry-level position within the company. This role encompasses various functions across the Group Information Security Division (GISD), including the Cyber Defense Center, Cyber Operations, Governance Risk and Compliance, Resilience, PMO, Privacy Operations, and Engineering Functions. The associate will actively participate in and lead project deliveries in a cross-functional manner both within and outside the GISD.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support company teams in conducting data security assessments.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks including research, internal processes, engineering, and operations.
  • Generate reports and recommendations based on findings, highlighting security issues and risk levels.
  • Develop and plan penetration methods, scripts, and tests.
  • Present security findings, risks, and conclusions to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess the implications of identified flaws/risks on business functions if unresolved.
  • Monitor and report on emerging security threats within the technology landscape.
  • Participate in GISD projects and facilitate communication with stakeholders outside of GISD.
  • Complete training assignments timely and achieve expected success rates.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Recent graduates from a reputable university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, or related fields.
  • Quick learners with adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Basic understanding of Cyber Security domains and Risk frameworks.
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility, persistence, and a willingness to engage in diverse activities.
  • Awareness of trends and developments in Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Foundational knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
