We’re looking for a cybersecurity consultant to join our growing Cyber Resilience team. You will partner with key customers to drive business outcomes, maximize the value of the company platform, and execute a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience. Unlike traditional consultancy, this role is embedded and dedicated to the customer for the duration of the contract, focusing on long-term engagements to help align and complement an organisation's cyber strategy and vision.

Responsibilities
- Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
- Engage C-level executives and major lines of business by delivering routine Executive Business Reviews.
- Recommend improvements to current programs and suggest new initiatives using your cybersecurity knowledge.
- Drive adoption to maximize the value of the company platform.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.
Program Management
- Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating the company into their cybersecurity programs sustainably.
- Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
- Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) alongside the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, including experience in a Customer Success role.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, having consulted and presented to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for various audiences across all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science is desirable.
