We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to implement critical security initiatives across the MultiBank ecosystem. This role is essential for fortifying our infrastructure, deploying best-in-class security solutions, and mentoring junior cybersecurity team members. You will collaborate across departments and geographies to drive projects such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and vulnerability management, while ensuring compliance with leading regulatory frameworks. This position demands strong technical proficiency and a hands-on approach to both prevention and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Strategy & Architecture: Design and enforce robust security architectures, including Zero Trust, SASE, and SDP frameworks. Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and scalable enterprise security systems across departments.
- Threat Detection & Incident Response: Monitor global infrastructure and applications, lead incident response protocols, and ensure rapid mitigation. Develop incident response playbooks and collaborate with global teams to minimize impact.
- Vulnerability & Risk Management: Conduct penetration testing, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans. Maintain and manage threat and risk registers, ensuring timely remediation and continuous system hardening.
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks including ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST. Support ongoing business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with the Microsoft Security & Compliance stack (Azure Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Purview).
- Expert-level knowledge of KQL (Kusto Query Language), Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong background in cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IAM, CSPM, EDR/XDR, and DLP solutions.
- Experience with zero-day threat mitigation, APTs, and attack surface management.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, data center technologies, and network infrastructure security.
- Certifications: Azure SC-200, SC-100, CISA, or equivalent; CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus.
