We are seeking a proactive and analytical DFIR Engineer to join our client's cybersecurity team onsite in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forensic investigations and incident response efforts across telecom systems (2G/4G/5G core and access nodes).
- Perform in-depth analysis of security events, network traffic, and logs to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and root causes.
- Develop and refine playbooks for incident detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Collaborate with SOC, threat intelligence, and infrastructure teams to enhance threat visibility and reduce dwell time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in digital forensics, malware analysis, and incident response methodologies.
- Familiarity with telecom network environments and their unique threat landscape.
- Hands-on expertise with DFIR tools (e.g., EnCase, X-Ways, Volatility, Splunk, ELK).
- Effective communicator with a calm, methodical approach during high-pressure incidents.
