Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in security solutioning to recommend appropriate security tools based on client requirements.
- Providing training on security best practices to end-users.
- Staying updated on cybersecurity trends and contributing to the improvement of the company’s security posture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles.
- Some exposure to security tools, such as firewalls and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Understanding of security governance frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-related role is a plus, but not required.
