As a Cyber Security Grad at DXC Technology, you will participate in a range of tasks to enhance our security posture, including:
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Performing comprehensive security risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Developing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Assisting in the design, deployment, and configuration of security technologies and tools.
- Engaging in security solutioning to recommend appropriate security tools based on client requirements and threat landscape.
- Monitoring and analyzing security events, logs, and alerts to detect potential threats.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the IT infrastructure.
- Supporting and training end-users on security best practices and policies.
- Contributing to the development of security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Keeping updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry regulations.
- Participating in the creation and review of security policies and guidelines in line with industry best practices.
- Conducting security awareness training for employees to promote a strong security culture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles.
- Some exposure to common security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Understanding of security governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-related role is a plus, but not required.
