Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity operations policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with SAMA, NCA, and other industry best practices.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend investments to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across the IT infrastructure.
- Manage and operate Cyber Security-related controls such as Vulnerability Management tools, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Mail Gateway.
- Manage SOC operations to enhance visibility, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Fine-tune and develop SOC use cases to maximize the effectiveness of Cyber Security operations and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Operations, especially in SOC.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or CSA are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey regulatory and Cyber Security requirements to stakeholders.
