In this position, you will lead the digital solution engineering, focusing on both functional and technical aspects with various stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and facilitating the successful onboarding of digital solutions.
- Providing consultative assistance to improve productivity and efficiency with product usage.
- Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout.
- Training customers to understand the software and providing ongoing support.
- Supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, from go-live to post-implementation review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of overall experience, with 7+ years in OT/ICS environments and at least 5 years in OT cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of NCA OTCC controls and their implementation.
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering and cybersecurity projects.
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443) are a plus.
- Deep knowledge of ICS technologies (DCS, PLCs, SCADA, OPC, etc.) and hands-on experience with OT security measures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a structured and analytical approach.
