Cyber Security Project Lead

At the company, we help industries outrun traditional methods by providing leaner and cleaner solutions. This role reports to the Local Service Operations Manager and is focused on leading digital solution engineering, working closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions into customer business environments. The role involves providing consultative support, improving productivity and efficiency, as well as testing and troubleshooting system setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing and troubleshooting of final system setups, ensuring successful rollout through customer training and support.
• Understand and configure software implementation to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Support customers from the sales cycle through go-live, including post-implementation reviews and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience, including 7+ years in OT/ICS environments and at least 5 years in OT cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of NCA OTCC controls and their implementation in industrial settings.
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering and cybersecurity projects.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443) are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of ICS technologies, including DCS, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, OPC, and Industrial Networks.
• Hands-on experience with OT firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and endpoint security for OT.
• Expertise in network architecture and secure remote access.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and cloud-integrated industrial cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
