Position

Help AG is looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst (TIA) who will be part of the Cyber Defense team. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and disseminating cyber intelligence that impacts the company or its customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in cyber intelligence or cyber risk, and they should be passionate about evolving in the Cyber Intelligence field. The position comes with essential duties and responsibilities that must continue during crisis situations, which may require extended hours.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, collect, and perform analysis of raw data from various sources.
  • Create and update General Intelligence Requirements (GIRs), Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), and Organization Specific Intelligence Requirements (OSIRs).
  • Develop threat profiles and landscapes for customers.
  • Conduct investigations on topics across the internet and dark web.
  • Assess tactics, techniques, and procedures of cyber threat actors.
  • Provide actionable cyber intelligence to the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Conduct internet searches in English and Arabic, profiling customers’ online presence.
  • Identify and track emerging cyber threats and trends.
  • Support customers in the removal of offensive online content.
  • Analyze competing hypotheses for use in threat hunting and advisory production.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience as a TIA or in a related position.
  • Interest in cyber threat detection and intelligence.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, network security concepts, and common attack types.
  • Understanding of global cyber-attacks, including prominent ransomware and APT groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Certifications in Intelligence Analysis (e.g., GCTI, Security+, etc.) are a plus.
