The Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist (UAE National) is responsible for conducting cyber intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and correlation combined with effective reporting for senior management. The specialist will also support incident processes to ensure they are effective and maintain acceptable cyber hygiene levels to meet unit goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Threat Intelligence:

    • Collect and analyze open source intelligence (OSINT).
    • Develop expertise on threat actors, attack trends, and tactics.
    • Manage vendor relationships and produce intelligence reports.
    • Perform threat hunting and correlate collected intelligence.
  • Incident Management:

    • Conduct investigations and assist containment teams during incidents.
    • Create technical findings and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Maintain documentation for incident management and proactively identify gaps.
  • Security Monitoring:

    • Assist in cybersecurity monitoring operations and ensure 24/7 coverage.
    • Stay updated on the latest security threats and contribute to timely reporting.
  • Project Management:

    • Suggest solutions to improve security posture and conduct PoCs for new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile: UAE National with Family Book.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a Computer-related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • Experience: 7 years of total technology experience with at least 3 years in Incident Response, Cyber Hunt, or other Technical Information Security roles. Hands-on Python coding experience is essential.
  • Job Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of adversary techniques, security analysis techniques, and forensic analysis.
  • Skills: Expertise in cyber threat intelligence technologies, scripting experience, understanding of risk management frameworks, and knowledge of application security threats.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
