The primary responsibilities will include executing end-to-end activities such as identifying relevant systems, defining security organization roles and responsibilities, managing incidents, conducting business impact analyses, performing risk assessments, developing treatment plans, measuring effectiveness, and creating policies and procedures related to IoT/OT security. The consultant will also be involved in awareness program development and execution, and may drive a team to execute projects related to OT/IoT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Additionally, the candidate will participate in business development activities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Execute consultancy projects aligned with industry standards, including IEC62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 270XX, ISO 22301, NCEMA, ISR, and NESA.
- Engage in presales activities related to identified consulting services.
- Interface with management on project-related matters.
- Guide staff in integrating the Help AG portfolio products for management system consultancy.
- Support standardization activities and identify work areas for development.
- Provide feedback on enhancing service lines and represent Help AG Consulting in events and PR.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in OT/IoT security governance.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Understanding of security requirements, security design contributions, and hands-on implementation of OT/IoT security technologies.
- Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Process Control Networks (PCN).
- Certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, and CISM are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
