Responsibilities
- Implement PAM solutions and technical architecture, integrating them with infrastructure and applications.
- Manage and implement CyberArk components including Vault, Cluster Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PSMP, AIM, OPM, and Auto-discovery.
- Oversee the Password Manager, Powerbroker, Password Safe Service, Retina, and Central Policy Engine.
- Implement and manage Master Policy, Directory Mapping, LDAP integration, Platform, and Safe via Private Ark client & PVWA.
- Familiarize with CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Conduct multiple PAM technology implementations, client management, solution architecting, account mining, and large project/program management.
- Engage with C-Suite executives and take ownership of critical conversations regarding service delivery and account management.
- Identify and create opportunities in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, enhancing existing services based on market needs.
- Lead IAM pursuits and architecture design solutions tailored to client environments and requirements.
- Collaborate across all operating systems, databases, and network devices for onboarding.
- Design, implement, and manage environments including Development, Testing, Pre-Production, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Develop plugins for web-based and SSH-based logins.
- Perform installation, deployment, and maintenance of PAM solutions.
- Ensure the integration of various platforms with CyberArk, including Windows servers, UNIX servers, databases, and networking devices.
- Configure new policies based on evolving business requirements.
- Conduct testing and implement new security patches related to the PAM Solution Vault.
- Manage the planning and execution of major upgrades for PAM Solution Vault and its components.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within an engineering team, contributing to the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in CyberArk and Privilege Access Security.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
- Experience with Privilege Access Management approval workflow.
- Strong cyber security technical competencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferred certifications include CyberArk Certified Defender, CyberArk Certified Sentry, and CCDE.
- Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNA, CCNP, or CEH are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- A zero-tolerance mindset for cyber security weaknesses, policy violations, and vulnerabilities.

- The position may require travel depending on project demands.
