CyberGATE Internship Program

The CyberGATE Internship Program at Trend Micro offers cybersecurity graduates an opportunity to participate in a comprehensive apprenticeship training and education program. As a global leader in cybersecurity, Trend Micro focuses on making the digital world safer for everyone. The internship has two tracks:

• Theoretical Track: A 2-month program focused on learning and certification.
• Practical Track: A 3-6 month program that involves shadowing professionals and completing assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Complete online courses and assessments on Trend Micro products and solutions.
• Obtain Trend Micro certifications in areas such as cloud security, network defense, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.
• Participate in mentoring and feedback sessions.
• Shadow professionals in various roles, including sales, engineering, consulting, and support.
• Work on related projects, including deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Present projects for feedback and guidance.

Requirements:

• IT, Networking, or Computer Science Major; fresh graduates or undergraduates (senior year).
• Passionate about cybersecurity with a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for either the 2-month or 6-month internship track.
