As a CyberSecurity Assurance Services Manager, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational delivery of cybersecurity assurance services across the Emirates Group, ensuring the effective implementation of security controls, proactive risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to maintain and enhance the security posture of applications, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystems through centralized governance of critical assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern the delivery of cross-functional cybersecurity assurance services, including security tooling, metrics, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), secure coding training, and architecture oversight.
  • Manage the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise cybersecurity tools.
  • Drive the development and reporting of security metrics and data insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower vulnerability and testing assurance leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Govern the implementation and validation of security controls, secure practices, and architectural standards.

Requirements

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Recognized certifications in cybersecurity and ethical hacking (e.g., CEH, Security+, CCNA, cloud security, mobile application security).
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations, risk management, or security auditing in a global, highly matrixed IT environment.
  • Extensive experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security automation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional cybersecurity teams.
  • Advanced expertise in identifying, exploiting, and remediating complex vulnerabilities across diverse platforms.
