About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with hands-on expertise in Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Seclore Digital Rights Management (DRM), and CrowdStrike endpoint security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, maintaining, and supporting cybersecurity solutions that protect sensitive data, prevent unauthorized information disclosure, and secure enterprise endpoints against cyber threats. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, security policy management experience, and the ability to work with enterprise customers and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
Forcepoint DLP
- Install, configure, and administer Forcepoint DLP solutions.
- Develop and enforce data loss prevention policies based on organizational requirements.
- Configure endpoint, network, email, and web data protection controls, as applicable to the deployed architecture.
- Perform troubleshooting, system health monitoring, and performance optimization.
Seclore DRM (Digital Rights Management)
- Implement and administer Seclore Data-Centric Security / DRM solutions.
- Configure information protection policies based on user roles, groups, departments, and data sensitivity.
- Configure document access control, usage restrictions, and rights management.
- Support integration with Active Directory, enterprise applications, and other security solutions.
CrowdStrike Endpoint Security
- Deploy, configure, and administer CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint security solutions.
- Install and manage Falcon sensors across Windows and other supported operating systems.
- Configure endpoint prevention, detection, and response policies.
- Monitor endpoint security events and investigate alerts.
- Support threat hunting, malware analysis, and endpoint incident investigation.
- Configure and maintain endpoint security policies, exclusions, and containment controls in accordance with approved procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP, Seclore DRM, and CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent enterprise security tools).
- Strong understanding of data loss prevention, information rights management, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) concepts.
- Experience integrating security solutions with Active Directory and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with enterprise customers and IT teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Forcepoint certifications, CISSP, CISM, or similar).
- Experience with threat hunting and malware analysis.
