Key Responsibilities:
- AI & LLM Security: Engineer defenses against prompt injection, validate output schema, and enhance jailbreak resistance while implementing deterministic guardrails.
- Red Teaming & Threat Modelling: Lead adversarial testing and automate attack suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Zero-Trust Architecture: Design secure AI-to-API communication (mTLS, OAuth 2.0/OIDC) to maintain strict policy checks.
- Compliance & Auditability: Develop Model Risk Management (MRM) controls, CBUAE compliance mechanisms, and ensure tamper-evident audit trails for agent actions.
- DevSecOps & Leadership: Enforce security measures in CI/CD, conduct design reviews, and discuss security postures with executive client stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Security Engineering experience, particularly with Zero-Trust, API security, DevSecOps, and Cloud/K8s security.
- 2+ years of experience securing LLM or agentic systems in production.
- Strong practical experience with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, jailbreaks, and guardrail engineering.
- Background in Fintech or Banking, familiar with PCI-DSS and banking regulatory frameworks (CBUAE/DFSA preferred).
- A technical degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, OSCP) or published AI security research are a plus.
