Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex, escalated issues from L1 support related to the Tripwire FIM tool, including configuration and performance problems.
- Manage complex configurations, upgrades, and rollouts of File Integrity Monitoring across an IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain Tripwire policies to meet security and compliance requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an incident knowledge base.
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify and resolve the root causes of recurring issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar L2 support or specialized role, often with a minimum experience.
- Deep, specialized knowledge of Tripwire FIM, including its complex configurations, upgrades, and policy management.
