Cybersecurity - Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Cybersecurity - Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which is an IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has dedicated over 50 years to helping some of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys. TCS offers a consulting-led, cognitive-powered, integrated portfolio of business, technology, and engineering services and solutions.

This full-time position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and requires the following qualifications:

• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) in IT, Cybersecurity, or any IT-related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or in IT/Cyber Risk management.
• Experience in system security assessment, control, and vulnerability management.
• Thorough knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 (Web & Mobile).
• Clear understanding of network and web-related protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Strong fundamentals of application design concepts, particularly Security-by-design.
• Knowledge of technologies including reverse proxies, Web Application Firewalls, CI/CD, API Gateways, and SaaS.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT Risk Management processes.
• Proficiency in using and implementing both open-source and commercial tools to enhance security.
• Experience in threat modeling, vulnerability discovery, and vulnerability management processes.
• Familiarity with Bug Bounty processes or similar experiences.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
