Cybersecurity Manager

The company is hiring for the position of Cybersecurity Manager for one of our leading clients in Riyadh. The Cybersecurity & GRC Manager will lead and institutionalize the cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) function of the company, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NCA ECC, and regulatory requirements. This role owns cybersecurity compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ISMS implementation (ISO 27001)
• Ensure compliance with NCA ECC
• Manage risk register, compliance tracker, and evidence repository
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis
• Lead audits and certification readiness
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments
• Manage cybersecurity reporting and governance cadence
• Oversee vendor cybersecurity compliance
• Drive awareness and training programs
• Manage external GRC consultants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
• 7–12 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in ISO 27001 and regulatory compliance

Preferred Certifications:

• CISSP
• CISM
• CRISC
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
