Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complex support tickets that are escalated from L1 support.
Offer advanced technical assistance for the specific Avecto/Beyond Trust (e.g., privileged access management).
Perform maintenance, configuration changes, and patching to meet customer needs.
Investigate the underlying causes of recurring or complex issues.
Help enforce policies and procedures on Avecto and support security and compliance requirements.
Implement and manage security solutions, which could involve tasks related to policy changes and tool administration for Avecto/Beyond Trust.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in a technical support role, focusing on PAM Avecto and Beyond Trust.
Industry-standard certifications like Beyond Trust Certified Implementation Engineer.
