Key Responsibilities:
- Establish PMO governance, delivery controls, reporting cadence, and documentation standards.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Track compliance initiatives, audit readiness, and closure reporting.
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.
- Coordinate cybersecurity delivery across various stakeholders including IT, OT, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in PMO, project management, technology governance, or cybersecurity program delivery.
- Experience with cybersecurity compliance, transformation, and infrastructure security.
- Strong understanding of Saudi NCA controls, ISO 27001, NIST, and audit processes.
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, ITIL, CISM, and CRISC.
Preferred Background:
- Experience with ANS, ATS, ATM, airports, or critical infrastructure programs.
- Familiarity with high-availability environments with multiple vendors and operational risks.
- Communication skills in Arabic and English are highly desirable, along with experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC regulated sector.
