Work Conditions: Onsite role primarily based in an office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture workshops.
- Deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, especially for SASE and SSE use cases.
- Guide customers in integrating observability and threat detection tools.
- Engage in technical and strategic discussions with security stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality documentation for RFPs and security assessments.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams, providing customer-driven feedback.
- Simplify complex technical topics for varied audiences.
- Support teammates to ensure successful deal outcomes, with flexibility for customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in technical pre-sales or solution engineering, focused on cybersecurity and networking.
- Experience with SASE/SSE architecture and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, IPSEC, and SSL-VPN.
- Familiarity with identity and access control protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Strong understanding of networking and security protocols.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, diagramming tools, and major operating systems.
- Experience with cloud-native access control solutions is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
