Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the organization’s cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to reduce critical security incidents quarter-over-quarter.
  • Deliver comprehensive risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
  • Improve incident response time and outcomes to enhance overall security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen infrastructure and application security protocols.

  • Reduction in critical security incidents on a quarterly basis.
  • Delivery of risk assessments and associated mitigation strategies.
  • Enhancement of incident response times and overall effectiveness.
  • Compliance maintenance with established security policies.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading cybersecurity operations or in security engineering roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of various security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Demonstrated expertise in incident response and threat investigation.
  • Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security practices.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+.
  • Experience with SIEM/SOC operations and threat investigation capabilities.
  • Proficient in threat modeling and conducting risk assessments.
  • Knowledge in vulnerability management and patching processes.
  • Experience in incident response and digital forensics.
  • Familiarity with cloud security across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven strategic leadership, process improvement abilities, and skills in cross-functional stakeholder management.
