Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, operational teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables align with organisational cybersecurity policies, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, and change requests.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across cybersecurity programmes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within Operational Technology (OT) or Critical Infrastructure environments.
- Previous experience within transportation, rail, metro, aviation, utilities, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or similar operational environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or IEC 62443.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous.
