Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for cybersecurity roles.
- Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including niche cybersecurity job boards.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews.
- Update interview feedback on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage employee referrals and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Talent Acquisition (TA) reports.
- Handle job offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in Cybersecurity hiring.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and skills.
- Certifications in Cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
