Cybersecurity Risk Manager

This role involves conducting comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments across both IT and OT environments, specifically focusing on operational technology assets such as PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include identifying and documenting risk scenarios, coordinating risk reviews for major IT/OT changes, and maintaining a cybersecurity risk register that details identified risks and treatment plans. The position also requires conducting internal compliance assessments, facilitating external audits, and overseeing third-party assessments to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to monitor compliance, track remediation plans, and support training initiatives related to cybersecurity policies.

Additionally, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, with preference given to those holding a Master's degree. The role demands 10–12+ years of robust experience in cybersecurity, particularly within risk management and compliance domains.
