About The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will lead cybersecurity strategy and enterprise cyber risk posture, employing risk-based decision-making across business and technology environments. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and risk appetite. You will lead the cyber risk management lifecycle, oversee enterprise risk assessments, establish data security governance, and ensure proactive management of emerging technology and business risks.

Acting as a bridge between cyber risk and executive decision-making, you will translate complex threats into actionable insights while balancing innovation, resilience, and the protection of critical information assets. You will be expected to define multi-year cyber roadmaps and engage leadership with clear, risk-based insights.

About You:
You should be degree-qualified with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, enterprise cyber risk management, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) leadership roles. A strong understanding of cyber risk assessment, data security governance, and strategic security planning is essential. Experience influencing executive leadership and shaping risk decisions within highly regulated or digitally transforming environments is highly valued.
