D365 CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong proficiency in CRM business processes, focusing particularly on sales process automation, marketing automation, and service management functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' business requirements for CRM and perform fit-gap analysis while presenting functional solutions.
• Conduct functional analysis and review gap-fit assessments done by other experts.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including working with entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and configuration.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements documents and Functional Design documents.
• Coach and guide the development team regarding requirements and functional aspects.
• Execute functional testing of the implemented CRM system.
• Provide training to end-users.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction from both a requirements and CRM functional perspective.
• Engage confidently with clients and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Language Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.
