The Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) is essential in linking business needs with technology solutions. This role is focused on the successful design, deployment, configuration, and continuous enhancement of Microsoft D365, particularly in Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics. As a core member of the company’s ERP transformation, the consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions, support data migration, and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage functional implementation across Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure user-friendly ERP solutions.
- Configure D365 modules according to functional requirements and best practices; document setups and process flows.
- Support data migration and integration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365.
- Provide Level 3 support for ERP-related issues and enhancements post-implementation.
- Conduct UAT, lead training sessions, and develop necessary documentation.
- Monitor system usage and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, particularly in food production, logistics, or retail.
- Functional expertise in D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong knowledge of D365 data structures and workflows.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft ERP certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are a plus.
