About the Role
In this position, you will manage an assigned account or group of accounts, focusing on creating value for your customers through the technical services you provide. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers, with a strong emphasis on maintaining revenue, capturing pricing, and improving gross profit. While you may also pursue new business opportunities, this is not your main responsibility.

Knowledge
This role requires top-level expertise and a comprehensive understanding of both the general aspects and technical phases of the job and their practical applications to problems and situations typically encountered.
Job Complexity
You will perform independently on non-routine and moderately complex assignments. This includes researching assignments, processing and analyzing data, and potentially developing recommendations. Competence in using computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data is essential. You may also provide leadership and direction to lower level employees. In any technical or production roles, you will determine methods and operations sequences, and may be involved in developing or modifying products and equipment to meet requirements.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a scientific field.
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Dairy and Food manufacturing industries.
