Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI-powered models and prompt frameworks
- Implement GenAI analysis results
- Develop AI logic to:
- Identify repeated items across data sources and detect systemic issues and patterns
- Build quality analysis and scoring models to rate assessment reports (0–100%) based on predefined criteria
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to:
- Access structured and unstructured assessment data
- Utilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval
- Continuously refine AI outputs through:
- User query analysis
- UAT feedback
- Prompt optimization and model fine-tuning
- Support go-live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post-deployment.
Required
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied AI
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- GenAI / LLMs
- NLP techniques
- Prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Experience working with vector databases and RAG-based architecture.
- Proven ability to translate business rules and evaluation frameworks into AI logic
- Strong analytical and explainability mindset able to justify AI outputs to business stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience in enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systems
- Exposure to SAP-integrated AI solutions
