DASS MD T&V

About the Role
The role of the DASS T&V team is to test and verify both the DASS and Displays (ECSG) MD prior to their release for system MDS testing.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Review MRS
• Review DASS MD specification
• Generate DASS MD test procedure
• Generate Test scenarios
• Run the DASS MD test procedures:
  1. Perform DAC & ECSG MD Verification
  2. Perform ESM MD Verification
  3. Perform DAC, ESM and ECM MD Verification
  4. Analyze MAW MD values for compliance against DASS MD specification
• Produce DASS test report
• Provide ABG input to the Operations section
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures
• Carry out any further functions requested by the RSAF

Job Requirements

• High level of interpersonal skills to coordinate a large number of diverse activities and the ability to communicate, influence and direct the decision-making process at all levels.
• Suitable experience in gaining the confidence of a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
• Practical experience in the development and delivery of an engineering solution.
• Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Experience of the development and application of engineering processes.
• Experience of Aerospace Systems and Support activities.
• Aeronautical and Defense Company / Industry knowledge (ideally 5 years minimum 3 years’ experience); involved in diverse engineering projects.
• Qualified Instructor (Air or Ground) preferable.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
