Your Role
There will never be a typical day at the company, but you will:

• Structure and perform analysis and primary research that addresses business issues and generates insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
• Develop detailed, actionable business cases and plans reflecting the company Strategy’s deep industry, IT, and business process acumen.
• Present at team and client meetings, determining practical solutions to drive lasting results based on your insights.
• Help clients build the capabilities needed for growth, innovation, and sustainable high performance.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams and leverage the company’s global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver results.
• Understand leading-edge technology capabilities and their transformational impact on client businesses.

What You’ll Learn
You’ll develop core strategy skills across industries through hands-on client experience, access to personal 1-1 coaching, mentoring, and formal training and development.

Requirements
We’re looking for students who are:

• Natural problem solvers who thrive on intellectual challenges.
• Expecting an Undergraduate and/or Master Degree program.
• Demonstrating strong quantitative skills with the ability to think analytically.
• Able to showcase proven leadership roles in extracurricular activities.
• Excellent in communication and relationship building.
• Technology-savvy with proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Capable of collaborating successfully in a team within a high-intensity environment.
• Flexible to work on different projects or locations.
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is preferable; international experience studying or working overseas is highly advantageous.
