The company is seeking a Data & AI Architect to join the innovative D360 specialist team, a group focused on the company's newest innovation: D360. This role is pivotal in developing innovative data solutions for customers across various industries.
In collaboration with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams, the Data & AI Architect will provide deep technical expertise during the pre- and post-sale process, ensuring that D360 aligns with customer needs and maximizes product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assist clients in prioritizing high-value solutions that drive business impact.
- Facilitate software demonstrations and storytelling to showcase connected experiences with D360 & CRM.
- Develop use cases, demos, sales plays, and technical thought leadership in collaboration with the global D360 team.
- Provide expertise related to data governance, security, and technical capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in solutions engineering/architecture/technical consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS, particularly cloud data platforms.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills to communicate with clients at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of the relationship between Data and Customer Relationship Management.
- Demonstrable experience in leading strategy and digital roadmap projects.
- Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud Technology, Business Intelligence, and CRM products.
- Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
Preferred Requirements:
- Implementation or sales experience with D360 and Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with CRM technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and large-scale database technologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and designing data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and collaborative data platforms.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
