Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Strategy
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals, particularly in marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation.
- Translate marketing challenges into data and AI solutions, such as segmentation, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
- Develop roadmaps for implementing AI-driven marketing solutions focusing on improving personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.

Data & AI Solutioning
- Design, build, and implement AI/ML models for marketing applications like churn prediction and sentiment analysis.
- Work with both structured and unstructured data to generate insights that inform brand, product, and digital strategies.
- Assess and integrate marketing technology platforms with data pipelines and AI solutions.

Marketing Analytics & Insights
- Deliver advanced marketing analytics, including campaign effectiveness and customer journey analysis.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate data-driven stories to marketing and leadership teams.
- Provide actionable insights driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Client Engagement & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on AI in marketing.
- Stay ahead of AI, data, and marketing technology trends to guide clients on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of work experience.
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques such as classification and clustering, along with experience in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud).
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex data concepts.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Background:
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in consulting, agency, or corporate marketing analytics roles.
- Familiarity with privacy and ethical AI considerations in marketing.
