Salesforce is seeking an outstanding individual to support the Middle East territory as a Data & AI Architect - Field CDO. The role involves leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable, high-impact customer interactions. As part of our Solution Engineering team, you will be crucial in crafting customer engagements and delivering groundbreaking results.
The Data & AI Architect / Field CDO will serve as a customer-facing enterprise-wide authority on data, analytics, and AI, emphasizing building strong partnerships with strategic customers. The successful candidate will promote the value of data-led transformations and help customers implement effective data analytics strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the impact of Data & AI transformations on business and customer experience.
- Contribute to customer business planning by understanding their needs and aligning them with technology solutions.
- Define a strategic roadmap for transformation and drive discussions on change programs.
- Articulate and share business and technical architecture insights with an executive audience.
- Engage with account executives and solution engineers to develop analytics engagement opportunities.
- Conduct enablement sessions to mentor and guide peers.
Required Experiences and Qualifications:
- Proven success in Data, AI, or Enterprise Architecture for 8+ years.
- Experience in delivering data and AI solutions that address significant business challenges.
- Deep understanding of Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Analytics.
- Strong familiarity with AI concepts, and the ability to explain these to non-technical audiences.
- Experience nurturing relationships with C-level executives.
- Knowledge of common enterprise architecture topics and modern cloud principles.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities or similar data and analytics platforms.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chief Data Officer or Chief Data Scientist.
- Knowledge of AI/Generative AI solutions, cloud platforms, and data security regulations.
