Data & AI Transformation Senior Manager - Oil & Gas Sector

As a Data & AI Senior Manager specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data-driven strategies for our clients. In addition to leading strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the data & AI domain, you will leverage your sales experience to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth within the Oil & Gas sector. Your focus will encompass the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and the implementation of Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide teams on AI best practices, analytics, and innovation assignments within the Oil & Gas domain.
• Engage with prospective oil & gas sector clients to shape and sell project work, utilizing your sales experience to drive business growth.
• Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance on their career development.
• Build and maintain client relationships within the oil & gas sector.
• Develop new client opportunities with oil & gas services account teams.
• Provide thought leadership on strategy development, data science, operating models, and innovation tailored to the oil & gas domain.
• Serve as an advocate for data & AI-led transformation within the oil & gas services industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a consulting capacity or project management role, focusing on data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data & AI technologies and their applications within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with experience shaping and selling projects to oil & gas clients.
• Experience developing and executing data & AI strategies to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Experience implementing data & AI best practices within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum bachelor degree; Arabic speaking & Middle East market background is preferred.
