About The Role:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building trust in data while navigating both national and international regulations? In this role, you will lead RX’s data governance, translating the Data & AI Trust vision into initiatives that ensure compliance with regulations and the adoption of best practices. You will drive Data & AI Governance projects, foster data quality, and establish frameworks for data ownership and stewardship.

This key role promotes the data vision, manages risks, and ensures cross-functional collaboration for successful Data Trust adoption. Overall, you will play a critical role in building trust across the organization, collaborating with business and digital teams to ensure data is leveraged effectively and securely.

About You:
Degree qualified, you must demonstrate 10+ years of sound experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Security. You will have successfully deployed Data Governance, Analytics, and Enterprise Data Warehousing solutions in the airline industry before. Knowledge of AI technologies and data privacy regulations such as PDPL, GDPR, and CCPA will be essential.
