Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges; define, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements; conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies; develop process flows and business models; support automation initiatives.
- Collaboration & Project Support: Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, QA, and other stakeholders; facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs; assist QA teams with test case validation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories; maintain comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles.
- Solution Delivery & Support: Validate solutions against requirements; provide post-deployment support and drive user adoption.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with a good grasp of business analysis frameworks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
- Knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Domain knowledge in IT, BFSI, HR, or Operations is beneficial.
