Responsibilities
- Responsible for the set-up of business indicator systems for the Corporate Services team (e.g., Real Estate, Physical Security & Administration), analyzing long-term trends and short-term anomalies, and providing valuable suggestions via reports.
- Build dashboards based on indicator systems and establish a daily tracker and monitoring system to identify relevant trends or potential blockers promptly.
- Conduct various data analysis according to business needs, identifying internal problems or opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Operations team, Data Warehouse team, Product team, R&D, and Algorithm) to ensure implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis reports, creating user-friendly data systems and products to support the business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; minimum of three years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau/PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong data mining, information collection, and analysis capabilities with the ability to translate business problems into data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and algorithms (e.g., ML, causal inference).
- Experience in data analysis within the internet or technology-related industries.
- Strong learning ability to quickly grasp new fields and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of leading a small project team to support the business.
