As a Data Analyst, you will turn complex trading and client data into clear stories that guide product and growth decisions. You will work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to track performance, uncover trends, and recommend actions that cut costs and boost revenue. Your expertise in SQL, Python, and statistics will support your recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize SQL queries to sift through terabytes of trading data and ensure clean datasets.
  • Use Python and R for predictive modeling to forecast client behavior and revenue shifts.
  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards for quick insights on performance.
  • Generate insights that enhance acquisition efficiency, retention rates, and lifetime value.
  • Set up A/B tests with teams to validate findings and quantify incremental gains.
  • Apply advanced statistics to distinguish significant trends and communicate insights confidently.
  • Scout and implement new data tools for automating reporting pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in SQL and Python/R for large dataset manipulation.
  • Experience in building and maintaining dashboards, preferably using Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of core statistics to recognize patterns without false signals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly master new tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly in English at CEFR B2 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.
  • Experience in FinTech and marketing analytics, particularly in analyzing paid-channel performance.
  • Skills in API integration to automate data flows from various platforms.
  • Familiarity with advanced features of Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple analyses effectively.
