About the role:
The Data Analyst will assist all operational departments in extracting and analyzing data gathered from Business Intelligence Tools. The role involves discussing new market trends with all business units and developing reports that help achieve identified targets. The analyst will create and build new reports and dashboards to serve business needs, interpret results, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for business or client meetings. Additionally, the role includes developing regulatory reports in an automated manner, consolidating data into a centralized location, and developing a triggering report to assist stakeholders in reviewing their processes.
Your Job:
- Assist all operational departments in extraction and analysis of data gathered from Business Intelligence Tools.
- Discuss with all business units the new trends in the market and develop new reports that can help the business units achieve their identified targets.
- Create and build new reports and dashboards which serve business needs internally and externally.
- Interpret results and prepare PowerPoint presentations as required for business or client meetings.
- Develop regulatory reports in an automated way that can be generated based on identified frequency.
- Handle all other tasks and projects assigned by the Department head.
- Consolidate all available data into one center and identify all relationships.
- Develop a triggering report that assists other stakeholders in reviewing their processes for updates.
Your profile:
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics (with emphasis on applied mathematics or informatics).
- 3-4 years of experience in data analysis; experience in Healthcare data analysis is a plus.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and OBIEE are essential; knowledge of other platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and any data modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and R; advanced knowledge of relational databases is required.
