Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will work closely with the VP of HSEQ to transform complex operational, health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) data into actionable insights. The role is responsible for managing corporate KPIs, coordinating data across multiple departments, and developing high-quality executive presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, clean, and analyze HSEQ performance data from multiple departments.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting activities.
• Develop professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for the VP of HSEQ.
• Convert complex data into visually compelling charts, dashboards, and presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior management meetings and stakeholder reviews.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
• Previous experience in HSEQ, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Experience supporting senior executives with reporting and presentation preparation is highly preferred.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Mastery of Advanced Microsoft Excel (including formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and basic macros).
• Experience with Data Modeling and Power Query is a strong plus.
