Responsibilities
- Design Questionnaires and other research instruments to cover all required information areas.
- Manage internal operations, including data processing, scripting, and field kickoffs while monitoring field progress along with quality assurance.
- Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data, presenting key insights to clients virtually.
- Draft reports and presentations that build a story, finalizing conclusions and proposing recommendations.
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Attend client meetings and presentations over calls.
- Discuss analysis design to best answer client questions with the Client Business Partner and senior team support.
- Manage internal stakeholders, such as the Global Report Center Team.
- Provide feedback on client needs and manage challenging internal processes to best deliver client needs.
- Drive client value to help achieve agreed revenue and client satisfaction targets.
- Use the company's data to drive insights, identifying opportunities and threats for client brands.
- Introduce additional services where appropriate to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields is a must; postgraduate preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in Market Research.
- Knowledge of using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills and visualization skills, with an interest in storytelling techniques.
- High level of client service skills and understanding of growth and brand strategy.
- Business acumen and good knowledge of market dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic speakers preferred.
