Data Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulate information, analyze data, and create reports related to maintenance productivity, spare parts and material availability, and direct labor-hour utilization using CMMS.
• Analyze maintenance and supply-related data to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and increase production throughput.
• Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
• Develop and submit accurate maintenance and production-related reports.
• Plan both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) based on workload forecasts and available resources.
• Establish and maintain a reporting system to identify negative trends and streamline workshop operations.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the maintenance repair cycle.
• Update CMMS for equipment asset management and maintenance management.
• Use Microsoft Project for project management and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental directives.
• Support other members of the Production Control Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Production Control is required.
• Experience with any CMMS enterprise (e.g., SAP or MAXIMO) is required.
• Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic & English, both in writing and verbally is required.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid UAE driver’s license.
