Data Analyst

Jobs at this level are responsible for contributing in the development of strategy, goals, initiatives, performing advanced and technical complex data and information analysis activities and accordingly preparing recommendations. They are also responsible for market research, feasibility studies, participating in identifying potential opportunities and ensuring delivery of required reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in the development of the company strategy while coordinating across sectors and within specified area of work.
• Support in the implementation of strategy, goals and objectives.
• Coordinate across sectors and stakeholders for conducting strategic workshops to facilitate efficient work flow and accurate outputs.
• Perform complex analysis of the company’s business, market and performance data and review all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute in monitoring the performance of various sectors on a periodic basis against strategic plans and targets, to ensure adherence to established plan.
• Participate in preparing respective budgets, ensure adherence, and highlight discrepancies through effective monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Proficient level of relationship building capability
• Sound comprehension of strategy development and implementation
• Proficient in the company’s products/services

Work Conditions

• Manage allocation of work plans to the team and ensure that necessary reports and analyses are available on time for management decision making purposes.
• Supervise work teams, if needed, to ensure work continuity.
